I have the same problem in Lightroom CC 8.3 despite downloading the new presets and updating as default. But I have a feeling it will affect both bodies. I haven't tested any of this on the Z7, just the Z6. Or we can wait until preset makes adjust their presets to deal with this shortcoming. Until then I've had to rework my presets to deal with this problem. I'm sure Nikon and Adobe will point fingers at each other, and hopefully, sooner or later they figure it out. I don't know if Adobe has done a poor job implementing the RAW files for the Nikon Z6 or if Nikon changed the RAW file on the Z6 so much that it's responding differently. My guess is that it's how the profile is interacting with the RAW file. I have a feeling it's more to do with presets that use some feature not found in the sliders and how it interacts with the Z6 RAW file. You can change camera ID in header using some tool and it should work, only RAW processors will show Z6 instead Z6II.
